EcoTimes: For public sector Coal India Limited, the stockpile of explosives worth just Rs 100 crore less than the Rs 1,500 crore annual budget for 39 manufacturing units of Ordnance Factories (OF) may be just enough to help it cement its position at the top of the pecking order of coal miners.
